Info About PADA Stage Team

PADA Stage Team is the main performing team at Phoenix AcroDance Academy.


This session takes place on Saturday's 15:15-17:30.


PADA mainly performs showcase performances and has performed in multiple professional venues in the UK, which includes Midlands Arts Centre (MAC), Birmingham Hippodrome, Artrix Bromsgrove, Indigo at The O2 London, Alton Towers Scarefest & Blackpool Winter Gardens Opera House.


PADA is a non-competitive academy but on occasions PADA will attend a competition to give students the experience to compete.

Requirements To Join

Class Requirements:

  • Saturday Body Conditioning & Body Wellbeing Class
  • At least one of the Acrobatic Arts Classes - Either on Monday's, Friday's or Saturday's


Student Requirements:

  • Able to do Acrobatic Arts Foundation Skills
  • Committed To The Performing Team
  • Good Attendance
  • Must be part of PADA for at least 3 months before enrolling to Stage Team
  • All students must be able or willing to work as a team. Students need to able to work, communicate & support each other.


Compulsory Requirements:

  • Parents must agree & sign the PADA Stage Team Agreement & Conditions Form prior to joining the Performing Team.



Opportunities to enrol for Stage Team only happens on selected dates throughout the year.

At PADA Stage Team

SOLOS

Solos is where students perform a dance on their own.

DUETS

Duets is when 2 students perform a dance together.

TRIOS

Trios is when 3 students perform a dance together.

GROUPS

Group dances is the main thing PADA do in Stage Team. This is where 4 or more students perform a dance together. Group dances can be a small group (4-8 students) or bigger (which can be around 20 students).
